You can complete your purchase during checkout using a debit or credit card. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on international shipping for the near future! Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date with our offerings. 

Orders are processed daily and are generally processed within 24-28 hours. Because our items come directly from the suppliers, shipping times may vary, but are generally between 5-10 days. 

Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

When your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date and link to track your package (when the delivery method allows it). Most orders are sent using USPS. 

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on our website.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status  "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. We will accept returns of the following circumstances: 

- The item must have been sold by Beloved Threads. 
- The item must be in new condition
- The request for a return must be made within 30 days from delivery. 

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned item to the original method of payment.

Yes! We want you to be fully satisifed with your order and will gladly accept a return (subject to the polcies above) and will provide a shipping label for you. 

You can enable currency settings in your theme general settings under the Currency heading, but that is only one of the steps required.  You must also edit the HTML for currency formatting.

Unfortunately, inventory can change very quickly. But, we work with our suppliers every day to ensure that we can restock as quickly as possible. If you were unable to order an item that you're interested in, feel free to drop us a line at help@belovedthreads,com to let us know and we will do our best to locate it for you as quickly as possible.
